Sarah Palin -- A Trump Palin Ticket? That Sounds Exciting.

By Kathleen

Dear mainstream media, please stop asking Palin whether or not she is running. The question is getting old and she is not going to tell you one way or the other because then the game would be over and the media could get back to considering real issues.

Issues that matter, such as the fact that Fukushimya is still spewing radiation or that the chemicals sprayed in the Gulf in order to disperse the oil from last year's disastrous oil spill are proving to have caused more damage to the eco system and residents health than the oil ever would have done.

However, rather than informing viewers and readers about such real concerns, in a scene resembling the Whacky Races, media convoys instead chase Sarah Palin's gas guzzling, emission spewing RV up and down the Schuylkill Expressway as she and her family continue their on the road, magical history bus tour.

The tour ultimately ends the day with the familiar sights, sounds and smells of Marriott Hotels and pizza parlors all paid for and sanctioned by the FEC through donations to SarahPac as she has not declared that she is a candidate for anything. Yet!

Donald Trump and Sarah got together as "friends" and he would love for Sarah to run. Sarah, when questioned thinks that a Trump Palin ticket sounds exciting. Just think about what they together could achieve for the economy and international relations..........

Jon Stewart believes that Sarah Palin's tour "really does seem like a political campaign" and is puzzled by the fact that Sarah Palin still has her job as a Fox news analyst when other people such as Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum "lost their jobs." Samantha explains that the same rules do not apply to Sarah.

Today, Roger Simon at Politico reveals that he was attacked by both blogs and the mainstream media for suggesting in a column that he wrote in June, 2010 that “Sarah Palin can be the Republican nominee in 2012. I am not saying she will be, but she can be. Those who underestimate her do so at their own risk.” He still believes that Palin has been underestimated and that Palin's name recognition and strong stance on government spending and power can win her the GOP nomination. I believe that there is another route that Palin could take. That of the third party.

In case there is any doubt Palin confirmed earlier to Greta Van Susteren that she is part of the private incorporated company, Safari Inc., that purchased the mansion in Arizona. In an interview with KPHO, Jaime Molera, one of Arizona's leading political analysts, thinks that the mansion will act as a base for Palin's political ambitions and that she has not purchased the property because she wants some extra sunshine as she claims. He points out that Arizona has many more electoral votes than Alaska, that it votes early in the primaries and that these factors could prove useful to her if Palin decides to run for President.

“Arizona gives her a good base if she decides that because it’s a growing state. The GOP primaries of the West are important and I think this gives her a good platform to run on.”

“She doesn’t have to travel all the way up to Alaska where there are hardly any electoral votes. Arizona is going to have 11 or 12 electoral votes, and because it’s a growing state and has one of the early primaries, it gives her a good base to talk about not just Arizona issues, but Western issues and things that might resonate with the GOP voters,” said Molera.

I think that Molera makes some significant observations and understands the real reasons behind Palin's move to Arizona, and they have absolutely nothing to do with tanning and chilling.

What was Sarah Palin’s motivation to create and continue the hoax of who gave birth to Trig Palin?

Guest Post By Kilob

Much has been written about the repeatedly debunked conspiracy theory that Barack Obama wasn’t born in the United States and therefore cannot be President. Speculation continues to grow over the inconsistent stories told by Sarah Palin regarding the birth of her son Trig in 2008. Many blogs have devoted great amounts of time and energy trying to prove that in fact Sarah Palin did not give birth to Trig. While opposing persons, partisan reporters and blogs have gone to great lengths to create after the fact proof she did. This post is not to figure out who is really Trig’s birth mother, but rather what would be the motivations of Sarah Palin to fabricate such a tale and continue it to this day.

After rising through the ranks from a small town city council member, to two term mayor and then to a short term seat on a government board that oversees oil and gas issues, Sarah Palin decided to take a shot at administrative level government to become the Alaskan Lieutenant Governor. After losing that race, Palin sat back and waited for her next opportunity, which was unseating Republican Governor Frank Murkowski. In a hard fought race, Sarah took the helm of the State of Alaska in December 2006. While she enjoyed high poll numbers, her accomplishments as Governor were few. As Palin enjoyed her newfound popularity, it was clear she was looking for a much larger audience that she could have by going into national politics.

At many lower 48 Republican political gatherings in 2007 and early 2008 Sarah Palin made it clear that she was interested in broadening her grip beyond the state line of the great North. When John McCain locked up the Republican nomination on Super Tuesday March 4, 2008, Sarah Palin stunned her Alaskan constituents by announcing she was seven months pregnant the following day. Palins staff were the first ones to question their bosses honesty, then reporters took on the task of investigating the well timed tale. On the morning of April 18, 2008 after attending a conference in Texas the previous three days, Sarah Palin first leaked information to an Alaskan news reporter that she had given birth. Soon the news hit the news wires that the forty something Governor in Alaska had given birth and he had the disability Trisomy G, otherwise known as Down syndrome. One would think a newly arrived baby, a husband and four other children and a full time job as Alaskan Governor would quell the urges of national politics. Sarah Palin wasn’t going to be denied her calling for a national political leadership role. Once announced by the McCain campaign that she was his choice put forward for the Vice Presidents position, Republican operatives took on the job of rehabilitating her lack luster time as Alaskan leader, while left leaning people led by Jon Stewart raised the hypocrisy in comments by Karl Rove, Dick Morris and strategist Nancy Pfotenhauer.

While it is now well known that the choice of Sarah Palin of VP was solely for political gain, we must now ask was the whole Trig Palin birth tale also for political gain, and was it orchestrated by Sarah Palin or to a higher level by the Republican Party?

As the story sits right now, it’s the word of Sarah Palin and a now growing group of partisan reporters that are coming to her aid with newly written stories of eyewitness sightings of a pregnant Sarah Palin in early 2008. The fact is only a few photos of a questionable pregnant Sarah Palin exist, while bloggers have uncovered a treasure trove of photos depicting a miracle pregnancy that lasted only 5 weeks with the photo of a bulging belly that grew large within 8 days.

The ongoing tales of the fateful trip to Dallas days before Trigs supposed birth and continuing to this day that do not make sense what so ever. The tale also gets more descriptive each time Sarah Palin recites her reckless ride story. With what we now know of Sarah Palin and her no holds bar attitude to achieve the highest office in American politics, the national media not only should ask the following questions of Sarah Palin, they should demand answers much like they demanded of President Obama.

Will you provide a certified copy of Trig Paxson Van Palin’s long form
birth certificate?

Will you provide certified documented proof of attending medical
appointments during your pregnancy of Trig Palin from your medical
insurance provider?

Will you provide the name of the Physician who delivered Trig Palin?

Was Cathy Baldwin-Johnson the true author of your medical
information release in the final hours of the campaign, and was any
pertinent information regarding your medical past withheld from the
release for political reasons?

Please add your own suggestions to the comments or send them to Kathleenpoliticalgates@gmail.com

Sarah Palin advertises herself as champion of the “real people" and their causes, while being an enemy of the so called educated elites she fights on a daily basis, One thing is clear, Sarah Palin possesses a narrow mind when it comes to politics and her leadership qualities are suspect at best towards those who serve her and are required to swear allegiance or face certain dismissal. It all comes down to her real motivations to undertake the largest hoax unseen in American politics.

Will the real story ever be told? Not if the curtain of silence continues from the national media we put our trust in. Come on reporters, ask the questions and wait for the silence from Sarah Palin, because she cannot in any way provide the true answers.

UPDATE BY KATHLEEN

An alert reader sent us the following email.

While bashing Rick Santorum does she slip around the 2:10 mark and almost say four instead of five children?

Personally, I think that the reader might be on to something................Palin definitely stumbles over the number of children that she has.

Alaska Dispatch - Mainstream Media Must Report the True Facts About Palin's Ramblings

By Kathleen

THE STANDARD BEARER Jean-Leon Gerome

The Alaska Dispatch has today challenged Sarah Palin to teach the journalists there some finer points of journalism. Specifically, how to make the misrepresentation that she claims exists in mainstream media reporting irrelevant.

The reporter, Craig Medred, agrees with Palin that the mainstream media often gets it wrong but not because it is misreporting Palin. Medred believes that much of the mainstream media gets it wrong because it deciphers Palin's stammering, confused thoughts into simple logical soundbites which present her as logical and valid in today's political arena.

To make his case Medred outlines several examples from Palin's recent blundering Christian Broadcasting Network interview:

"This is that 3 a.m. White House phone call and it seems for many of us trying to get that information from our leader in the White House, it seems that that call went right to the answering machine. And nobody yet has explained to the American public what they know, and surely they know more than the rest of us know, who it is who will be taking the place of Mubarak."

It's Medred's view that the Associated Press oversimplified their interpretation of what it is Palin said in the above example. He thinks that in doing so the AP has misrepresented the real substance of her remarks which prove that she does not know what it is she is talking about.

Medred also quotes from the CBC interview:

"I'm not real enthused about what it is that is being done on a national level from D.C. in regards to understanding all the situation there in Egypt and in these areas that are so volatile right now, because obviously it's not just Egypt, but the other countries, too, where we are seeing uprisings."

Reading that statement Medred reports that he's "not at all able to figure out what the hell that long, confounding sentence says." I agree with Medred. It's hard to see the "wood for the trees." It's much easier to get hung up on the smaller details and in doing so all of us can fail to see the bigger picture.

Furthermore, years of listening to and reading Palin's incoherent rambling thoughts have hurt my brain to the extent that it is now physically numb. I hear Palin's voice and my first reaction is to instantly switch her off. When I really have to listen then I literally force myself to do so. Reading articles about Palin has now become for me another forced experience, similar to cramming material for an exam. I read and listen to articles and interviews regarding Palin because I know that I must, not because I want to. It is because learning is experience and I simply cannot know my subject as well as I think I do.

It's difficult to make sense of Palin's inept grasp of the simplest facts. Her world view is stunted by her limited experience and her constant knee jerk reactions to criticism. Alarmingly, as Medred accounts, at the time of the CBC interview it appeared that Palin did not understand why it is that Egypt and other middle east countries are engaged in revolution against their governments. That she blindingly or perhaps ignorantly overlooked the fact that the revolutions in the middle east are economic based as indeed most revolutions are. The middle-east protesters are presently the true standard bearers of democracy as they are engaged in true struggle.

Palin is not and never will be Presidential material. What is even more incomprehensible than her ignorance is that the mainstream media, who portray themselves as the standard moral bearers of truth, frequently present her thoughts as cohesive and sound when they are not. By doing so they sanction her as a legitimate candidate to stand as the GOP representative in the 2012 elections.
